RapidRide H Line

Updated June 25, 2021

King County Metro, in partnership with Seattle Department of Transportation and City of Burien, is upgrading Metro Bus Route 120 to RapidRide H Line.

When the RapidRide H Line launches in 2022, it will come more often and be more reliable than Route 120 is today. It will provide connections from neighborhoods in Burien, White Center, and West Seattle to downtown Seattle along Third Avenue and South Lake Union and provide needed connections to other bus service and Link light rail. The H Line project will also include important pedestrian and vehicle safety improvements, including enhanced bus stops, a dedicated bus lane, and more.

King County Metro is the lead agency for project construction. Read project background and updates on King County Metro’s website.
