Below is a list of current projects for which the City of Burien is seeking bids, requests for proposals (RFPs), or requests for qualifications (RFQs). Each project notice contains instructions on how interested parties can get detailed information for the project.

RFP for Burien Regional Growth Urban Centers Subarea Plan

The City of Burien, Washington, is requesting proposals from qualified firms with demonstrated experience in urban, transportation planning, outreach and public engagement to develop an Urban Center Subarea Plan for the Burien Regional Growth Center. A competitive negotiation process will be used; the final scope of work is negotiable and may include additional features and capabilities.

Responses will be accepted up to 4 p.m. August 13, 2018, and may be sent via regular mail or other delivery service to Thara Johnson, Senior Planner, City of Burien, 400 SW 152nd Street, Suite 300, Burien WA 98166, or submitted in person at Burien City Hall.
