The Burien Police Community Crime Prevention Unit offers crime
prevention tips and strategies to residents, creating a safer community
for businesses and residents alike. We are available to make special
presentations on a variety of topics, including personal safety, fraud
prevention, preventing identity theft, and child safety. We can also
tailor a presentation to meet the needs of your community group or
organization.
Officers can also come out to your residence or
business to provide a free security survey using methods from Crime
Prevention through Environmental Design (CPTED).
Contact the City of Burien Crime Prevention Unit at (206) 477-2253 to schedule your crime prevention event or service.
Watch Sgt. Henry McLaughlin give important crime prevention tips.
