Moshier Art Center is one of Puget Sound's hidden gems. Students from beginner to advanced skill levels can participate in programs in a fully-equipped ceramics studio setting. Each quarter, we offer programs for all ages, including classes and workshops in ceramics, painting, drawing, mosaics, sculpture, and much more. 24-hour access studio spaces for artists and classes for adults and teens with special needs are also available.
Open Studio Hours for Current Ceramics Students
Students currently registered in Adult Clay Classes may use the Open Studio Hours listed below while the class is in session. Please check the studio calendar in the Throwing Room for more information.
- Mondays: Noon-3:30 p.m.
- Tuesdays: Noon-3:30 p.m.
- Wednesdays: 10:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
- Thursdays: Noon-3:30 p.m. & 6:00-9:00 p.m.
- Saturdays: 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
Moshier Inclement Weather Policy
If Highline Schools are closed, all Burien PaRCS classes, programs and rentals are canceled.
If Highline Schools are on a 2-hour late start, Moshier classes that are held at 9:30 a.m. will start at 10 a.m. and go until 12:30 p.m.
