City Clerk

The City Clerk Division is committed to open public government. Its mission is to facilitate communication, information sharing, and community engagement in municipal government, while providing a necessary link between the legislative and administrative functions of the city.

The City Clerk Division preserves the city's official records and maintains and provides accurate and timely information through various media formats to meet the needs of city officials, the community, and city departments. The City Clerk also manages the public records request process.
