The City of Burien is partnering with King County Emergency Management to bring free preparedness workshops to Burien residents. The series of three workshops will provide basic preparedness skills for community members.

Understanding Hazards: What hazards are in your neighborhood? Learn about basic preparedness.

When: Tuesday, September 18, 6–8 p.m.

Basic First Aid Training: Learn how to use basic first aid following a disaster at your home, work, or neighborhood.

Light Search and Rescue: Learn the basics of light search and rescue and basic rescuer safety.
