On January 4, 2010, the City of Burien issued an addendum to the Emerald Pointe Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS). The addendum provides additional information and analysis about a change to the proposed project access that does not substantially change the analysis of significant impacts and alternatives in the FEIS. City of Burien has released the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the proposed Emerald Pointe on the Sound project. Proposed by Westmark Development, Emerald Pointe is a 178- to 200-unit condominium project located at 13401 12th Avenue SW. The FEIS is available below or at:
